These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sido88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing our services, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

Each player may hold exactly one sido88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry windows. Attempting to exploit bonus structures through irregular betting patterns or arbitrage strategies will result in bonus cancellation and potential account review.
Before your first withdrawal, sido88 requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of the payment method used. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement applied to all accounts without exception.
Use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform is strictly prohibited. sido88 employs continuous monitoring systems to detect and act upon such activity.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and sido88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on sido88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the sido88 platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register an Account and use the sido88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 sido88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request will result in Account suspension pending resolution.
2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed in clause 2.1. If you subsequently cease to meet any of these criteria, you are obligated to immediately cease using the Platform and contact sido88 support.
Age Restriction: The sido88 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes fraud. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all bonus balances forfeited, and Real Money Balance returned to the depositing payment method subject to verification.
3.1 To access the betting and gaming services on sido88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
3.2 Each person may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. sido88 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sido88 will close all but one account at its discretion, and any bonuses or winnings generated in the additional accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. sido88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 You must notify sido88 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. sido88 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a security incident at its discretion.
3.5 Accounts registered using fictitious, incorrect, or incomplete information will be suspended. Winnings accrued on an Account that was registered with false information may be declared void at sido88's sole discretion.
4.1 Before processing your first withdrawal request, sido88 requires you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This is a regulatory and operational requirement and is not optional.
4.2 The KYC process requires you to submit clear digital copies of the following documents:

4.4 KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission under normal circumstances. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address or via in-platform notification.
4.5 Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending status until verification is approved. sido88 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsuccessful KYC submission.
sido88 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in IDR. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger additional KYC checks in accordance with sido88's anti-money-laundering procedures.
Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfer transactions under normal network conditions. sido88 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your sido88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. sido88 does not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used to make a deposit, except where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative registered method may be used subject to approval.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. For fully verified (KYC-approved) accounts, withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during operational hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside operational hours are processed at the next available processing window. sido88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing unusually large or high-frequency withdrawal requests.
All transactions on sido88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sido88 does not offer multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services. Any currency conversion between IDR and another currency is the responsibility of the Player's own bank or e-wallet provider.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. sido88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant Account balances to cover maintenance costs. Players will be notified via their registered email address before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact support.
6.1 sido88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to registered Players. The specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — are set out in the individual promotion's terms page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following default bonus conditions apply:
6.3 sido88 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer, modify the terms of a Bonus, or cancel a Bonus credited to an Account where it determines in good faith that the Bonus was claimed fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.
6.4 Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.5 sido88 may limit eligibility for specific promotions to Players who have not previously claimed that particular offer, or to Players who meet certain activity criteria (e.g., minimum deposit history, minimum number of qualifying bets). Such limitations will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
7.1 All bets placed on sido88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are available in full within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game or sport rules and these Terms, the specific game or sport rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. For live in-play markets, odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an official bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on sido88.
7.3 sido88 offers mix parlay (accumulator betting) across football and other supported sports. All selections within a mix parlay ticket must win for the ticket to return a payout. Partial results are governed by the applicable sport rules (e.g., a void selection in a mix parlay reduces the number of legs rather than voiding the entire ticket, unless only one selection remains).

7.5 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are determined by the official draw outcomes from accredited draw sources. sido88's published draw results are final. Players may review historical draw results within the Platform at any time.
7.6 Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set by sido88 and may vary by market, event, and Player account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. sido88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sido88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

Detection may result in immediate suspension pending investigation, permanent closure of the Account, forfeiture of all balances including Real Money Balance where fraud is confirmed, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
9.1 All content on the sido88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the property of sido88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of sido88.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to sido88 for use on the Platform.
10.1 sido88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 All data transmitted between your device and the sido88 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Player financial data is stored in segregated, access-controlled environments and is not shared with third parties except where required for payment processing, KYC verification, or legal compliance.
10.3 sido88 may use your contact details to send account-related communications (transaction confirmations, security alerts, KYC requests) and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sido88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 sido88's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
12.3 sido88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond sido88's control (including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability. sido88 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
12.4 sido88 is not responsible for the outcome of any sporting event, lottery draw, or game — these outcomes are determined independently of sido88's systems and are beyond sido88's control. Complaints relating to the outcome of a certified RNG game must include the game round identifier and will be reviewed against certified RNG logs.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sido88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting sido88 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of KYC verification) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
13.2 sido88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
13.3 Where an Account is closed by sido88 due to confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms, sido88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances (including Real Money Balance) held in the Account as compensation for administrative costs and damages incurred.
14.1 sido88 operates under an international online gaming license. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sido88 holds its operating license. Details of the applicable jurisdiction and license number are available from sido88 support upon request.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sido88's internal complaints process (see clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia where such rights cannot be waived by contract.
15.1 sido88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sido88 will notify registered Players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required immediately by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. The version of these Terms in effect at the time you place a bet or make a deposit governs that transaction.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

16.2 Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate to the dispute resolution process outlined in clause 14.2.
16.3 sido88's support team operates in both English and Indonesian. All formal written communications (complaints, legal notices) should be submitted in English for the fastest resolution.
